Q: So you come to me . . . what's the delivery fee?

A: There is no fee for delivery -- it is included in our services!

Q: Who can use Laundry24-7.com?

A: If you have dirty laundry, you can use Laundry24-7.com! Within our service area, we provide services to a wide variety of individuals -- professionals, medical personnel, students, university faculty/staff, and manufacturing personnel.

Q: When is my pickup and/or delivery days and what area do you service?

A: Your pickup and/or delivery day is based on your location. Please click here to review our service days list. This page will also let you know if we service your area.

Q: How do I order services? What about payment?

A: Orders for service are taken via website, via phone at 269-615-0266, or in person. When you place your order for service a Laundry24-7.com representative will always contact you to ensure accuracy. At that time, a Laundry24-7.com representative will also advise you of the time frame that our driver will be at your facility. We accept payment by the use of MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks. All information given to Laundry24-7.com is secure.

Q: What do I put my clothes in for pick up? Where do I leave my clothes for pickup?

When you sign up for service, we will provide you with a Laundry24-7.com issued bag for a nominal charge. To ensure proper billing, this bag will identify the Client via name and account number. Each facility has a designated location for pick up and delivery of laundry. This location will be communicated with you once you have signed up for service.

Q: How much do the services cost?

A: The services of Laundry24-7.com are competitively priced. Along with the convenience of our services, Laundry24-7.com provides an affordable solution for time-crunched individuals. A complete list of services and prices is here. 

Q: What if I have questions, comments, or suggestions?

A: WE LOVE TO HEAR FROM OUR CLIENTS! Many companies treat their clients like they are an interruption. WE DON'T! We realize that our clients are the heart of our business and our best source for referrals. We welcome any questions, comments or suggestions about our services via email at customercare@laundry24-7.com or via phone at 269-615-0266.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with service?

A: PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! It is very important to us that you are happy. It is our goal to solve any client problems within seven days and we will do everything in our power to satisfy your expectations. When a problem arises, we will dispatch a driver to pick up the garment as soon as possible. Once the garment is received back in our facility, it will be reviewed. At that time, we will contact you and together we will determine as how to best handle the situation -- recleaning, repressing, or reimbursement.

Q: What is the purpose of the inventory sheets?

A: Although we enter all of your order information into our computers, the purpose of the inventory sheets is to keep a paper record of your order. We handle thousands of pieces of clothing per day and these inventory sheets ensure accuracy in tracking your clothing through our facility. It all starts with you -- it is imperative that you place an inventory sheet in your laundry bag prior to the time of service. A copy of that sheet should be kept by you and a copy will be kept by Laundry24-7.com. Inventory sheets are available right here. If an inventory sheet is not present in your laundry bag before the time of processing, then Laundry24-7.com will not be responsible for any missing, lost, or stolen items.

Q: What happens if an item is missing?

A: The inventory sheets help us ensure every item is in your order both before and after processing; therefore, it is crucial that each Client complete an inventory sheet before every service. Inventory sheets are available here. Our goal is to solve any Client problem within seven days; therefore if there is an item in question, you should immediately contact us via email at customercare@laundry24-7.com or via phone at 269-615-0266. If an item is determined missing, the Client will be reimbursed according to the standards of the International Fabricare Institute.

Q: Is my personal information secure?

A: Yes, we make every effort to ensure that the information you provide to us is maintained in a secure environment.
